Credit card entry is required to reserve an appointment, your card will not be charged until service is completed. You also have the option pay inside the facility once the service has been completed.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: At Klassy Kleen, we understand that things happen, so all appointments can be modified up to 2hrs prior to your scheduled time. Any cancellations within 2hrs of your scheduled time would incur a $5 cancellation fee, as other customers may been able to use the allocated time slot. You would also incur a $5 cancellation fee if you no-show your appointment.
